Chelsea Fairhead, COO
Chelsea Fairhead is driven by a desire to help people. Her hard work and dedication to family dentistry made her the perfect choice for Capital Dental Centre’s chief operating officer (COO) in 2020.
Guiding the team
Chelsie began her journey with Dr. McCullough in 2013 and has grown in her career alongside him. When asked about her experience guiding the team she said, “I guide my teams with encouragement, by giving them the confidence to think beyond and go beyond the traditional. I would like to help them develop into their fullest potential.”
A can-do attitude
Her positive attitude is a key factor in developing new team members at Capital Dental. She says, “This is not just a job to us, this is our passion, and we want our team members to feel that way too!”
As a wife and mother Chelsie knows how to keep families smiling at their best! Her advice: “Listen to your hygienist and your dentist. Continue to visit your dentist for routine care.”
Life outside the office
When Chelsie isn’t hard at work helping Ottawa smile its best she loves spending time with her family on their boat.
